At Montgomery & Hansen, we believe that a client's interests are best served by experienced legal professionals who develop long-lasting relationships with the people they represent. In keeping with this core philosophy, we staff each project with attorneys and paralegals who have practiced in their respective areas for years. We also avoid "shuffling" clients within the firm, except where it is more cost-effective for the client to work with a less senior professional or where the expertise of a particular lawyer is needed.

At M&H, we also understand the importance of being "can do" lawyers. Some lawyers so elevate legal considerations in a given transaction as to become obstructionist. We believe that legal considerations are simply one set of factors that should be considered in any transaction. Our job is to identify the legal risks that are involved and articulate them in a manner that a business person can understand. Once that occurs, the client can evaluate those risks in context and make a decision based upon the totality of the circumstances.
