Gale focuses on facilitating venture capital financings and corporate maintenance for emerging technology companies, positioning them for mergers, acquisitions and initial public offerings. She has over 20 years of experience as a corporate paralegal.
Prior to joining M&H, Gale worked as a corporate paralegal at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, LLP and GCA Law Partners, LLP. She also served as a Senior Account Executive at VCPR, a high tech public relations firm, and spent ten years at Adobe Systems as a Senior Legal Assistant specializing in corporate securities and intellectual properties issues.
